April 2020

April 19th Updates:

Dear Tiger Academy Families,

Governor Ron DeSantis announced yesterday that school campuses throughout Florida will remain closed for the rest of the school year. Therefore, we will continue implementing our home-based virtual education program for the remainder of this school year.

Since the beginning of this initiative, we have endeavored to ensure that all of our families have computers and laptops to most effectively participate in their classes. If you have not received a tablet or laptop please call the school at (904) 309-6840 on Monday morning after 9am.

Thank you to parents, teachers and students who have made the best of a difficult and unexpected situation. While we all look forward to a time when we can return to the classroom, we want to ensure that our scholars continue to grow academically and connect socially during this difficult pandemic season. Please continue to follow the academic platforms available.

I know this has not been easy on your families, but in the face of this difficulty, you have risen to the occasion. Stay safe, keep your minds active and continue to follow social distancing guidelines. We will provide additional information regarding this school year in next in future communication.

Sincerely,

Charles McWhite, Principal
